Crazy Communications Hiring for IT Manager at Hutchinson, KS Full Time

Crazy Communications is a fast-growing, Hutchinson, KS-based company that provides a complete end-to-end IT & internet services to our customers. We are looking for an IT manager to supervise and lead our team. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all our employees, equipment and ensuring that we have the right people on the team to complete our projects.

Job Duties:

• Manage the day to day operations of our employees and equipment.
• Ensure that we have the right people on the team to complete our projects.
• Train new employees on how to use our software and systems.
• Ensure that all employees are trained in our new system before they start work with us.
• Ensure that all employees are on time and on task.
• Ensure that internet subscribers have optimal service.
• Planning and purchasing for install of fiber internet equipment.
• Assist in planning and organizing team meetings, team activities, and other events.

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Strong IT knowledge with experience in managing projects and deadlines.
• Ability to work with a variety of software (Microsoft Office, Adobe, etc.)and hardware (desktops, printers, etc.)and learn new systems quickly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 – $72,000.00 per year
