Our client specializes in the assembly of finished products for heavy equipment customers.

They are seeking a dynamic and experienced VP of sales, who will also be tasked with coordinating the after sales, finance, and admin functions, providing effective leadership that drives our company towards greater success.

As the VP Sales you will work in close collaboration with the General Manager, you will be responsible for driving top line growth and meeting or exceeding margins expectations, building and leading a cohesive team, fostering collaboration among peers and between the wider organization and business units.

Salary Range: $100-$130k + (flexible/based on experience), OTE $200k++

Key Responsibilities: In close collaboration with the General Manager, define and implement a solid commercial strategy to increase revenues and meet or exceed gross margins, initially in US territories but soon also internationally. Develop a high-performance team by fostering a positive and inclusive work culture. Collaborate with Integrated Operations department for procurement, operations, to align goals and streamline processes. Work closely with senior management to define strategic goals and action plans. Translate organizational objectives into actionable plans for each department, ensuring their alignment with the overall company vision. In close cooperation with the GM, set clear performance metrics and KPIs for each function in line with the company’s objectives. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in management, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in a sales leadership role within the manufacturing or heavy equipment industry. Strong financial and commercial acumen, preferably of technical products with high engineering contents. Knowledge of after-sales service processes and best practices. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to motivate and inspire the team. Demonstrated ability to drive change, foster teamwork, and promote a positive work culture.
