Job Summary: Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Care Manager I to join their extraordinary team in Denver, Colorado. As a Customer Care Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing customer service staff and establishing departmental policies and procedures in the healthcare/pharmacy industry. Responsibilities: Direct the implementation and administration of benefit programs. Prepare and communicate information to appropriate parties regarding benefit programs, procedures, changes, and government mandated disclosures. Conduct audits to monitor efficiency and compliance with policies; prepare specialized s; may be assigned to special project work consistent with the role and dictated by the needs of the business. Recruit, hire, train, coach, counsel, and evaluate the performance of direct s. Develop new sites/teams, including hiring and training new personnel, ensuring a cohesive and effective customer care team. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a leadership role. Minimum of 5 years related customer service experience. Experience in specialty pharmacy and/or healthcare contact center is highly preferred. Proven experience in developing new sites/teams, including hiring and training new personnel. Skills and Certifications (Required): Contact center experience. At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role. Experience in developing new sites/teams. Healthcare industry experience. Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences: Specialty pharmacy and/or healthcare contact center (call center) experience. Experience with the development of new sites/teams, including, but not limited to, the hiring and training of new personnel.
