Crawford Packaging Hiring for Data Entry/Customer Service at Brampton, ON Full Time

We are seeking a meticulous and adaptable Data Entry / Sales Coordinator to manage our purchase orders and invoices. In this role, you will verify customer information and pricing, issue invoices, relay order instructions, and complete monthly sales reports.

To ensure success, Sales Coordinators should have experience in a sales environment, advanced administrative skills and understand sales performance metrics and provide excellent administrative support to ensure sales targets are met. This position is located onsite at our Cambridge, Ontario office.

What does a Sales Coordinator do?

• Process quote requests: work with stock inventory and/or supplier partners to provide the best solution to customers. Follow up with quotes
• Enter and follow up on all designated ‘client’ orders, reviewing open orders, backorders, and order maintenance
• Manage client expectations and provide alternative solutions, when necessary, when there are stock outages, timing concerns or pricing issues
• Review Increase Report and provide exception notes
• Margin and Journal review daily
• Reporting: use available reporting to review ordering patterns
• Assist Sales Representatives while out on the road – saving time for more face to face with clients, growing territory
• Other duties as assigned

What can you bring to the table?

• 2-5 years of previous sales or customer service experience required
• Exhibits sound judgement and the ability to make reasonable decisions in the absence of direction.
• Experience with supplier software systems (Visual/CRM) as asset
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Customer service focused and proactive when situations arise
• Strong attention to detail and focusses on accuracy
• Ability to problem solve and think analytically
• Strong Organization and Multi-Tasking Skills (with ability to effectively prioritize and follow up)
• Computer Skills (especially Microsoft Office 365 – Outlook and Excel)
