We are looking for a smart, motivated, and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to work closely with our Recruiting Team to ensure that everything runs smoothly throughout the recruitment process, helping guide both candidates and internal clients and supporting recruiters to stay on track. You will be a key player in helping us provide a positive experience for candidates and internal clients and will develop meaningful relationships. This is an onsite position based in our Westmont, IL office.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with new hire orientation
• Source and screen applicants for corporate and field positions
• Assist in the creation of offer letters for candidates
• Seek out and share alternative recruiting and sourcing methods, including channels to engage top talent
• Track recruitment KPIs, and develop and maintain s for the Leadership Team
• Complete administrative tasks accurately and in a timely fashion
• Provide excellent customer service and candidate experience to internal and external clients
• Assist with posting job requisitions on job boards and applicant tracking system
• Support department special projects
• Travel to career fairs with recruiters as needed
• Other duties as assigned

The right person for this role will have the following:

• 2+ years of administrative coordination experience required
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or Psychology preferred
• Must be proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent verbal and written communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills
• Fast self-learner on different platforms, programs, apps.
• Must have exceptional organizational skills and possess the ability to multi-task
• Previous experience using an Applicant Tracking System preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $55,000.00 per hour
