Crane Hot Springs Hiring for Camp Host Postion at Burns, Oregon Full Time

Business – Crane Hot Springs

Location – South East Oregon

Time frame– End of October 2022. End date – whenever works best for you.

Pay – Various pays depending on position. With power/water/sewer site included

Shifts –

9pm-5am Camp Host Pay $15.00 per hour Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Set Schedule

2pm – 10pm Camp Host Pay $13.00 per hour Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Set schedule

Front Desk Pay $13.00 per hour different hours avilable. 

Duties – unfortunately everyone’s favorite job….

*bathroom cleaning. And lots of it. (Just trying to be honest) 

*Pond cleaning (outdoor hot springs)

*cleaning private soaking tubs

*checking guest parking passes

*helping front desk with check outs

*hauling garbage to dumpsters

*pond walks (ensuring guest safety and rule following)

*firewood delivery to camp sites

*visiting and talking with guests

***Most important job, running our water system to keep our pond toasty. 

*If front desk job, duties vary. They will include answering phones, helping guests, checking in and out guests, cleaning soaking tubs etc.

Must haves:

*Camp Host must have a valid CPR card

*be friendly and outgoing

Other things to know:

*if your staying through the winter, be prepared we do get very chilly here. But when your not on shift you can soak in the hot water to your hearts content. 

*You must be able to cook in your camper, our staff kitchen will be going away soon. Otherwise you would need to cook in the small community kitchen with guests. 

*Children? No problem. Just be sure you have someone (an adult) who can watch your children when your on shift. 

*Pets? No problem. We have 400 acres you can walk your furry friend. Please make sure your pet is friendly if your walking them in common areas. And we don’t allow excessive barking for staff pets or guest pets. 

*We do run background checks on all camp hosts/Staff

*We are located 25 miles from the closest grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations.

*No on site laundry. Laundromat is located in Hines. (25 miles)

*I do require a photo of your RV. I would also love photos of your pets (only so you can brag about them.)

*I do ask you do your research of our area. We are secluded. In the winter you should have hobbies or exploring you like to do. 

*We supply, work shirts, sweatshirts, hat, walkie-talkie, and a work cellphone (for easy communication, and pond temperatures)
