We are seeking a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join our team! You will be responsible for job quoting and scheduling for customers along with providing service information and resolving technical issues.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and quoting jobs
• Provide information about our services
• Produce job orders and document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving services and mandated requirements

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service and dispatch in the crane industry
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Google Earth to remotely view jobs and make equipment recommendations
