Craft Health Hiring for Medical Intake & Scheduling/Office Coordinator at Boulder, CO Full Time

We are looking to hire an experienced Intake & Scheduling/Office Coordinator for our office in Boulder collecting information from referral sources on potential cases and scheduling visits for staff. There are also responsibilities with hospice intake and working with the hospice team. Our ideal candidate possesses strong organization and oral communication skills, is detail oriented and has proficiency with computers. Prior health care intake or scheduling experience is required. Familiarity with medical terminology & CMS regulations is a huge plus.

Note: we will be looking to hire either 1 full-time individual or 2 part-time individuals for this role.

Pay rate: $17.50-$20/hour (dependent upon experience)

For the part-time Intake & Scheduling/Office Coordinator, we’re pleased to offer:

This role will also be a part of our on-call rotation (one week every three weeks) which includes weekends.

The work hours for the full-time role are 8:30am-5:00pm, including a 1/2 hour for lunch.

This job will be performed remotely, but does require residency in Colorado in order to make an initial visit to the Boulder office. Additionally high speed internet & a dedicated home office space are required.
