As we look towards scaling up this platform to support and grow our customer base around the globe, we’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition leader for our EMEA & UK Region. This key hire will be a part of our Global TA Leadership team and have responsibility for driving interest, engagement and ultimately applications of top talent through a targeted regional strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute on the hiring strategy for the region while continuing to carry requisitions, this role is currently a building leader with room to scale as the company scales.
- Partner closely with our C-level executives and HR leadership, and Global TA Leadership team to define priorities and set our path to success
- Shape the regional recruiting strategy aligned to the company’s OKRs and long term goals
- Analyze data to uncover opportunities for process improvements throughout the entire candidate lifecycle
- Define, design and implement recruiting programs (such as Early Career) to improve hiring across the Region
- Establish metrics and reporting for ongoing review, analysis and decision making to optimize hiring activity
- Identify, prioritize, and lead initiatives to ensure that Cradlepoint is providing a world-class candidate experience.
- Collaborate effectively with cross functional teams, including Finance, Legal, Marketing and other People teams.
- Focus on driving our journey to building a diverse workforce through process, branding and training.
- Develop best practices related to compensation and benefits, employment law and contracts based on industry knowledge and competitive benchmarking
Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience leading recruiting functions
- Proven track record of hands-on recruiting abilities coupled with strategic thinking and strong business partnering
- Good knowledge of recruitment and sourcing tools, techniques and mediums
- Ability to prioritize workloads and manage C-level relationships
- Great communication skills, both verbal and written
- High level of integrity and ability to display confidentiality at all times
- Self-starter, able to work autonomously and outperform through personal drive
