Due to continued growth we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Manager in our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility/corporate headquarters in Troutman, NC.

Job Summary

The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for the design, development, and execution of strategies and initiatives that impact Onsrud’s business performance and employee engagement in a meaningful manner. To be successful, the individual in this role will not only be responsible for the recruiting, screening and onboarding of new Onsrud employees, but be a strategic business partner who can work with senior and functional leadership to develop critical human resource management strategies that are necessary for sustainable, long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of specific strategies that improve Onsrud’s ability to recruit, train, and develop the technical and management skills of current and future Onsrud employees. Enhance on-boarding, performance review, employee feedback, and compliance processes in an effort to continuously improve employee engagement.

• Leads the implementation of the performance management system, including performance development plans.

• Ensures that organizational design is aligned with strategy, setting specific performance standards for key roles inside the company.

• Works with leadership to formalize a comprehensive compensation/benefits strategy that is aligned with Onsrud’s culture and business objectives. Participates in monthly financial meetings and helps lead the company’s short and long-term business planning processes. Leads efforts to drive Onsrud’s Core Values, the foundation of Onsrud’s corporate culture.

• Ensures compliance with all labor laws/regulation. Continuously reviews Onsrud policies and procedures to ensure they are consistent with the company’s strategies and compliant with evolving labor laws.

• Identifies and selects industry-leading advisors/brokers that can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Onsrud’s benefit programs. Takes advantage of educational opportunities provided by third-party vendors that have the potential to improve the effectiveness of individual benefit plans.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $49,950.20 – $90,155.08 per year
