About the Department

Project Management is essential to ensuring Tambourine products and services are successfully delivered (e.g., against scope, cost, time, quality) and maintained through the application of project management methodologies and business operations.

The Digital Project Coordinator s to the Senior Project Manager and analyzes, reviews, and documents the requirements of a project throughout its lifecycle and help the entire project team complete the project successfully.

About the Role

The Project Coordinator works across multiple disciplines and helps the team do the best work they possibly can. The successful candidate for this position will be someone who values collaboration, takes responsibility for activities they do not have authority over, and is eager to learn and grow with the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Management team with detailed schedule / resource / budget tracking activities
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation including meeting notes, issues and risks log, status ing and lessons learned
• Make website updates in the Content Management System, including copy and image changes, create new landing pages, update menus, add special offers, create pop-ups / pop-ins, etc.
• Conduct quality assurance of client website functionality and all creative projects.
• Coordinate meeting logistics
• Facilitate meetings
• Prepare and deliver presentations with guidance
• Conduct retrospectives
• Conduct research and document findings
• Identify and document existing and to be business processes
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience working in an agency, product company or relevant function/business
• Hands-on experience with Google Workspace
• High attention to detail
• Critical/analytical thinking and problem solving
• High energy level, strong team player and good work ethic
