CPR Looking for Rail Structural Design Engineer at Warrington Full Time

We are looking for Rail Civil/Structural Design Engineer to join an ever-growing engineer consultancy being based within their Warrington office working on mix of projects which include Rail Civils/Station, temporary works, and Bridge schemes.

Within the position role you will report to the Associate Engineer being involved in producing civil structural engineering designs and studies for a range of railway infrastructure projects.

Your task is to lead and participate in a variety of design teams organised around the delivery of design for Rail Civil Structural projects, ensuring that the commitments are met to the client and other members of the design team.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Graduate or Assistant Rail Structures or Assistant Rail Civil Engineer looking to make that next step up. Rail experience isn’t a must and someone from a Highways Bridge/Structures background would also be suitable. This role will be a technical hands-on position.

Job Requirements

• Experience working on Bridges, Civil or Rail/Highways structure within a design consultancy environment 
• Familiar with such software such as Superstress, Staad Pro, Midas, Tedds or similar
• Knowledge of the Eurocodes
• Minimum 3 years engineering technical experience
