Summary: The Marketing Associate will work to create and sustain a unified marketing message across all customer facing channels.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Create engaging and persuasive content for various marketing materials, including website content, blog posts, social media updates, and promotional materials.
• Campaign Support: Assist in the planning, development, execution and ROI ing of marketing campaigns across various channels, such as digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and traditional advertising.
• Brand Management: Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitor analysis to support marketing strategies and initiatives.
• Digital Marketing: Assist in managing digital marketing channels, including website updates, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, social media management, and email marketing campaigns.
• Analytics and ing: Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, website traffic, social media metrics, and other key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate s to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
• Manage and improve Cozzini’s on – line reputation through Google, Glass Door, Indeed and other resource reviews.
• Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of marketing events, trade shows, conferences, and other promotional activities.
• Collaborative Efforts: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development and operations teams, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing initiatives.

Competencies and Education:

• Education: A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field is desired. Relevant certifications or coursework in marketing are an added advantage.
• Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of marketing principles, concepts, and techniques, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, and branding.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey marketing messages and create compelling content.
• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing data, interpreting marketing metrics, and using analytical tools to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
• Creativity: Ability to think creatively and contribute innovative ideas to marketing campaigns and materials.
• Organization and Time Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team, collaborate with various stakeholders, and build positive relationships.
• Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing marketing trends, technologies, and strategies.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in using marketing software, analytics tools, content management systems (CMS), and social media platforms
• Adheres to the various policies outlined in Cozzini’s Employee Handbook and Fleet Safety Program for both personal and team areas of control.
• Treats people with respect and contributes to building a positive team spirit
• Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction, and must be able to improve performance through management feedback.

Physical and Visual Activities:

• On a daily basis, must be able to remain stationary for long periods of time
• Must be able to frequently communicate through phone, email, text and in person methods and constantly have visual acuity
• Must be able to constantly operate computers and office equipment
• Ability to sit for long periods of time, may occasionally stand and/or move about the building and/or reach, bend or twist
• Regular in-office attendance
• Ability to travel up to 25%

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 per year
