About The Role
We have been building a centralised talent acquisition function from the ground up and we are looking for a TA Advisor to join our People Solutions (HR) team to support our next phase of transformation and organisational growth. This is a hybrid working model with 2-3 days onsite at our Eagle Farm, QLD office.
Being passionate about people, TA, and technology, you will utilise your generalist recruitment expertise to hire and onboard the best possible talent for a variety of white and blue collar positions (e.g., Operations, Automotive, Sales, Administration) across Australia and NZ. You will you take the lead on relevant social recruiting and Employer Branding activities, such as developing engaged candidate communities, talent pooling, and attending career exhibitions/Meetups and networking events, and collaborate with Marketing and Internal Comms teams on such initiatives.
You will also manage our TA dashboard and monthly/ad-hoc s/scorecards and provide relevant commentary to tell the story of the data for the business units you support. To keep our TA policies/procedures up-to-date and inline with best practice, we will support you to keep abreast of legislation and trends for continuous improvement and industry insights.
