ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS, DUTIES, AND PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to forecast hiring needs as company is in high growth mode;
• Assist with creation of job descriptions as needed;
• Utilize proactive recruiting techniques to source high quality candidates for key roles in technology, sales, account management, operations, and other functions;
• Identify the right partners, events and networks that will help build our brand and talent pipelines. Use industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, social media, and employees to obtain referrals for talent.
• Develop and track measurable facets of the recruiting and hiring process so we verify progress is in the right direction.
• Conduct regular follow-up with managers to gain an understanding of potential skill gaps, current needs, and future skill needs. Develop recruitment strategies to address those given areas.
• Work in tandem with marketing to develop the appropriate campaigns on vehicles like LinkedIn
• Work with our Head of HR, HR Generalist to management to ensure we have optimal on-boarding and off-boarding experiences.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS/QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

2+ Years of Human Resources experience with strong emphasis on Recruiting

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• 2+ years full-cycle recruitment experience for both Exempt and Non-Exempt positions required
• Knowledge and affinity of rapidly expanding InsurTech and/or venture capital growth companies
• Insurance/Finance industry experience highly preferred
• Minimum of 1-year experience with Applicant Tracking Systems required.
• Experience with large scale staffing and recruitment considered a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with co-workers and attract strong candidates
• Perform extensive sourcing and internet research
• Strong computer skills including working knowledge of file sharing, spread-sheeting, and candidate tracking tools
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
