COVID-19 Quarantine Victoria (CQV) is responsible for Victoria’s COVID-19 accommodation response, including quarantine for returned overseas travellers and emergency accommodation for people unable to safely isolate in their homes.

About The Role

Reporting to the Assistant Recruitment Manager and responsible for a broad portfolio of roles, you will demonstrate a true business partnering approach whilst ensuring the efficient delivery of highest calibre recruiting services.

You will provide advice and guidance in support of adherence to CQV policies and processes, influencing hiring manager thinking and promoting new and contemporary recruitment practices.

Day to day responsibilities include:

• End to end recruitment of a wide variety of roles (frontline operations through to senior leadership)
• Educate stakeholders around recruitment practices, methodologies and policy requirements
• Provide input on projects, campaigns and other ad hoc recruitment team requirements
• Ensure a collaborative, team-based approach and contribute to a positive working environment

About You

As an accomplished recruitment professional, it is anticipated you will offer:

• A mature, considered approach to your work, including the ability to influence and negotiate outcomes across the whole recruitment life cycle
• Proven experience managing a diverse and geographically spread stakeholder group
• The ability to quickly foster positive and productive working relationships
• A well-honed service excellence attitude, underpinned by a solutions focused mindset
