A bit about you:

• You will be a highly motivated recruitment professional, ideally with an agency recruitment background
• You will bring 1-2 years end to end recruitment experience
• You’ll have experience using recruitment technologies such as LinkedIn recruiter (or the willingness to learn)
• You will have demonstrated experience working at pace, volume and across a number of disciplines
• You will have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including candidates and hiring managers
• You will have strong problem solving and decision-making skills

A bit about the Job:

• You will partner with our front-line operations teams to identify recruitment needs and formulate strategies
• You will source and manage talent from applications, headhunting and referrals to fill vacant roles and talent pool for future vacancies
• You will support hiring managers in interviews where required to ensure an equal and fair process
• You will provide meaningful candidate feedback in a timely manner
• You will provide a premium recruitment experience for both hiring managers, internal stakeholders and candidates
• You will be a trusted advisor providing feedback on market conditions, candidate wishes and best practice recruitment
• You will work to improve existing recruitment processes, developing new and innovative strategies for sourcing future talent
