JOB SUMMARY

The Talent Marketing Specialist develops and implements the social content strategy for the system. In collaboration with the local Marketing Directors, the Specialist will create content, placement, management and measurement of digital elements for the Employee Experience department needs. Job responsibilities include recruitment website content management, educational and promotional videos, paid online search, and web/social media campaigns.

REQUIRED FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES AND DEFINING BEHAVIORS

• Manages digital/social campaigns for Employee Experience initiatives. Ensures that plans are fully integrated with the efforts of all internal departments.
• Manages the creation and collection of all digital campaign elements, including editorial content, video content – for social and beyond, and special projects.
• In collaboration with the local Marketing Directors, manages existing social pages/handles for numerous system and facility programming EE initiatives.
• Maintains trends towards pop-culture, real-world happenings and identify the right places for EE to jump in and have a voice that is topical and on-trend.
• Monitors page performances closely for any trends or real-time opportunities that can be leveraged.
• Collaborates with the Marketing team to strategize and make recommendations on all social campaigns across all social platforms that meets the needs for the EE teams.
• Supports Marketing efforts through consumer data insights and best practices.
• Analyzes user behavior patterns across all social platforms to maximize conversion toward key system goals and provides weekly, monthly and annual reports to communicate analytical data. This data will create strategies used for talent acquisition initiatives, build our employer brand proposition and other EE initiatives/events.
• Oversees the daily scheduling of all system and facility social media content for EE.
• Collaborating with videographer and Marketing team to capture useful video that supports online recruitment campaigns, job postings and educates viewers.
• Maintains collaborative team relationships with peers and colleagues and represents the EE needs with the marketing teams.
• Supports and promotes the mission and values of Covenant Health and the Catholic Health Ministry.

ESSENTIAL PERSONAL TRAITS

• Knowledgeable in developing and executing digital/social media strategies and content/editorial calendar.
• Utilizes digital metrics to understand user behavior and work with several types of data analysis, business intelligence, query tools to make informed decisions and inform audience and content strategy across all platforms.
• Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office 365, Hootsuite, well-known social media sites and online reputation management tools.
• Communicates effectively (written, verbal) and has strong interpersonal skills
• Demonstrates experience working on a deadline-driven and delivery-focused environment.
• Works independently as well as part of a collaborative team.

Job Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or similiar field preferred.

– A minimum of 2 years experience with interactive/social media site development, content curation, measurement, strategy and placement. Healthcare content experience preferred.
