Senior Healthcare Recruiter Job Summary:

We are seeking a senior healthcare recruiter to join our talented team. In this full-time role, you’ll be responsible for working clinical positions nationwide. The work is full-cycle, fast-paced, and exciting. It’s also 100% remote, which provides you with unmatched freedom and flexibility.

About Your Day-to-Day:

• With the help of the major job boards, call lists, networking, and our marketing team, you’ll identify qualified professionals to contact
• You’ll spend your day on the phone interviewing, qualifying, and building relationships with potential hires.
• Attend (virtual) team meetings to update management, discuss business needs and develop strategies
• We’re a team environment, so you’ll work cross-functionally with all departments
• Support and execute the goals of the company effectively and uphold company values

What You Will Need:

• At least 2 years of agency healthcare recruiting experience (nurse recruiting, travel, per diem, homecare, allied, etc)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Schedule flexibility with the willingness to work atypical hours as needed
• Outstanding communication and organization skills required
• Computer proficiency, including working knowledge of the MS Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $72,000.00 per year
