About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and highly organised Administrator with recruitment or HR experience to join a newly formed Talent Acquisition function. Reporting to our TA Manager and working with a small team of highly experienced TA Specialists, you will be the trusted, ‘go-to’ person for the TA team. Ideally you will have administration experience within a recruitment agency, in-house recruitment, or generalist human resources.
This role requires a people oriented, team player with strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate well with the TA Specialists – understanding and supporting them to meet their deadlines and priorities. Key to this role is management of the applicant tracking system (Springboard).
