PTA Level 5, $101,643 pa (plus 10% super)

About the Role:

This is a great opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Consultant with either agency and/or in-house experience to join the Talent Acquisition function at CFA for a fixed term basis through to end February 2022.

This busy role requires someone with a strong customer focus along with the ability to work closely with all parts of the business to understand their specific needs, partnering with them to tailor a suitable recruitment strategy. You will bring current knowledge of best practice recruitment processes and support your clients in attraction and sourcing strategies, screening, interviewing, pre-employment checks and offer management.

This is a traditional end to end in-house Talent Acquisition position with the added benefit of being part of a small, experienced and dynamic team that is both supportive and collaborative.

The successful candidate will have:

Experience as a TA Consultant with recruitment agency or in-house with large complex organisations where you can demonstrate your ability to manage multiple vacancies with hiring manager and candidate care at the forefront of your service delivery.
