Talent Acquisition at CFA:

Talent Acquisition sits within the People & Culture Directorate and is made up of a small team of experienced TA Specialists. Our focus is to attract top quality talent to CFA whilst providing the best experience to candidates and employees.

About the Role:

The role of the TA Administrator requires a people oriented, team player with strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate well with the TA Specialists – understanding and supporting them to meet their deadlines and priorities. Key to this role is management of the applicant tracking system (Springboard).

About You:

• Experience providing administrative support to a busy team
• Strong working knowledge of applicant tracking systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organised, excellent attention to detail and able to meet deadlines
• Highly customer focussed, ideally with experience in a recruitment agency, in-house recruitment or generalist human resources role.
