About the role:
We are seeking an experienced HR professional capable of supporting a diverse client group across the North East region of Victoria. This role can be based in either of CFA’s Shepparton, Wangaratta or Wodonga District Offices. Regular travel between NE Region District Offices (including Chirnside Park) and Head Office (Burwood East) will be required as part of this role and on occasion may involve the need to stay overnight in these locations.
Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner (based in Chirnside Park) this generalist role will be critical in supporting the North East Region with a range of HR issues and the rollout of strategic People and Culture initiatives.

As a trusted partner to the North East region of CFA you will build an in-depth knowledge of your clients’ needs and work closely with the leadership team to achieve outcomes and ensure that initiatives support the corporate People & Culture Plan.
Your knowledge and experience will be complimented by your relationship building skills, resilience, and an ability to manage multiple priorities and influence stakeholders. This role is well suited to a HRBP who is customer orientated, takes a pragmatic approach to issues resolution, is outcome focused and thrives in a complex and changing environment.
