Recruitment Marketing Assistant

Hours of Work – 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday – 35 hours per week

Location: Head Office, Millennium House, Werrington, Peterborough, PE4 6ZN

Salary – up to £20,000 per annum DOE

The Role

Country Court are one the fastest growing 5* care providers and we are seeking a creative, ambitious & passionate Recruitment Marketing Assistant to join our growing organisation and make a real difference to our 5*Care Homes network. Working as part of the People Team, you will join a very busy team providing all sorts of people solutions to our 5*Care Homes.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Creating job role advertising content on home-by-home basis for all media platforms
• Actioning care homes individual recruitment actions plans
• Responding to urgent requirements for staffing advertising
• Supporting Home Managers and key personnel to create LinkedIn profile and all social media recruitment content
• Supporting the medium and long-term marketing campaigns with content writing, leaflets, posters, other campaigns
• Uploading advert content to all advertising platforms nationwide
• Supporting recruitment days / open days with physical presence and marketing materials (e.g. pop up banners and leaflet creation) when required
• Running recruitment reports and collating recruitment KPIs and vacancies from the group

About You

Our ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar Marketing focussed role, be proactive and effective communicator, professional, confident, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also have experience of:

• Writing engaging copy that captures audience, ideally with a ‘recruitment marketeers’ eye!’
• Working in a fast-moving environment
• Understanding or experience of the recruitment market/sector
• Understand the care sector (desirable)
• Excellent confident people skills on the phone and face to face
• A keen eye for detail
