Counted recruitment are currently recruiting a Junior Finance Analyst for a great service business based in Redditch. The role will see you play a crucial part in a large finance team.

Main duties of this Junior Finance Analyst role include:

• Prepare and communicate information required for weekly and monthly review meetings

• Support the Finance team with financial information and variance analysis

• Provide high quality financial analysis for the business

• Source and prepare data and file for annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting

• Support other areas of the business when required

• Carry out any reasonable ad hoc requests

Location / Office / Hours

The business is a large listed business based in Solihull. The business is a large company, operating nationally who have hybrid office hours and fantastic future potential. You will need to drive to get there, but there is free parking on site.

Culture, Ownership and Industry

The business is a fast paced listed business, turning over Billions and with a finance team of circa 100. The business has been constantly growing over the last few years and are now looking to add a new accountant who will grow with them.

What we are looking for

The ideal candidate will have either a graduate degree in finance / accounting, or have done AAT and have some basic experience in finance of at least 6 months. This role suits someone keen to study ACCA or CIMA.
