ROLE SUMMARY
The Regional Education Ambassador (REA) will be based in the key city for the region responsible for delivering educational, motivational, and inspirational training virtually & instore across Coty’s Prestige brands . The REA will be a brand ambassador for Coty working closely with the Field Sales Team while through education. Training will be in line with Coty’s key strategic priorities and will include 3 axis prestige product knowledge, sales & digital.
KEY ATTRIBUTES AND BEHAVIOURS
Previous experience in luxury beauty industry
Passion for the industry including competitor trends
Previous experience in a training role, delivering effective training
Agile and able to adapt to the ever changing need of the team
Excellent interpersonal skills, articulate and motivational presentation skills
Ability to develop effective working relationships, both internally & externally and be a good team player
A good understanding of retail management
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise effectively and work under pressure.
Demonstrate a pro-active attitude and flexible approach.
Enthusiastic, intelligent, hard-working, results-oriented
Required IT skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Digital training platforms)
REGIONAL EDUCATION AMBASSADOR ACCOUNTABILITIES
Develop and support the beauty & fragrance consultants to ensure their service and selling standards are best in class
Will work closely alongside the field education team and sales to ensure consistency in service, driving productivity and sales
Support Education Team driving the graduate/college recruitment programme
Support Education team with educating the Area Managers to deliver basic training to the retail teams
Support Education team with retailer/brand conferences
Ensure team are digitally and socially driven/aware
Ensure make up artistry skills are continuously being developed in line with current trends
Educate Retailers’ staff across the UK in-store and digitally based on business plans
Build relationships with customers and in store staff to sell and influence the purchase of Coty Brands
Be a key support in non coty staffed doors, building relationships with retailer teams
Be up-to-date and knowledgeable of key industry trends. Lead by example demonstrating execution.
Conduct make-up artistry training/workshops/masterclasses linking fragrance and skincare
Coordinate in and out of store educational events
Support temp training at peak, blockbuster launches and events
Work with PR to identify locally relevant micro influencers to strategically partner with
Any other special projects or ad hoc requests if needed
