ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join our team. The Service Desk Analyst supports all users in Cotton On Group’s (COG) global Information Technology (I.T.) business operations – covering all offices, stores and distribution centres. You will be accountable to provide high quality, reliable and efficient phone based IT support, working closely with other IT teams to provide seamless customer service. Primary focus will be to restore service or provide workarounds, secondary focus will be to resolve root cause issues. Working closely with internal customers, you will aim to understand business needs and ensuring that these remain a primary focus. You will work alongside the Service Desk Manager and Senior Service Desk Analyst to govern global standardised policies, processes and procedures that define how I.T executes its daily support. o IT Desktop, Hardware, software and printers
o POS system basic troubleshooting of POS, modems, cash up drawers and EFTPOS
o Basic troubleshooting knowledge of enterprise systems such as ERP, HR, Payroll and Distribution Centre systems
o Basic understanding of Windows operating systems, WIFI, ADSL & VPN
