Cotton & Company is a leader in the field of luxury real estate marketing and sales. Our diverse client base extends throughout the United States and the Caribbean, while our team is based in Stuart, Florida – a tropical paradise. Well known for constant innovation, we are utilizing the latest technologies and media channels for lead generation for our prestigious client base. We are expanding our digital team to remain on the forefront of digital technologies. Successful candidate will work with our Stuart, Florida team. In-house, full-time position preferred.
DIGITAL MARKETING COORDINATOR
This position is responsible for assisting the Director of Digital Strategy with day-to-day oversight of paid advertising campaigns and search engine marketing. This includes campaign creation, monitoring performance, optimizing spends and ing across multiple platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and programmatic DSPs. This candidate needs to be proficient with Google Analytics (Universal and G4). They will generate client s and take cues from the data to implement optimizations. Strong knowledge of Google Tag Manager and Search Console for SEO are a must. Candidate must have the ability to create backlink strategies and use technical cues to enhance user experience.
Other responsibilities include: online content creation utilizing thorough research on industry-related topics and generating ideas for new social media in a variety of formats including video, stories, reels, and user-generated affiliations.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing and the overall ad tech industry. They will be inquisitive about result-driven media approaches and pro-active in their work outlook. They will embrace innovation, demonstrate superior problem solving and presentation skills. This candidate must be able to work in a very fast-paced environment and meet hard deadlines under pressure. Ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit with a drive to learn and evolve in this industry. They will be proactive by nature, with no hesitation to follow-up and must have a proven ability to follow direction thoroughly through execution. They must work well in a team environment with the ability to jump right in, as well as work independently.
