Cotleigh Engineering Looking for Senior Structural Revit Technician at London Full Time

We are currently assisting our client to secure a Senior Structural Revit Technician for their expanding team in their stunning, newly refurbished office near the Centre of London.

Our client are a leading, progressive civil/structural consultancy having grown rapidly since their inception over 10 years ago, and are looking to expand further due to their continued success.

They are very design focused and utilise Revit on all projects. They work on high-profile central London projects covering brand new steel & RC framed multi storey, glass and timber as well as complex refurbishments.

Role Responsibilities:

• Produce and manage accurate Revit models and drawings including general arrangements, 3D sections, visualisations, sections and details under the direction of an Engineer.
• Coordinating and Federating Building Models with other design team members.
• Assisting Engineers with the detailing of projects, working up details to suit the structural design, setting out and Architectural constraints
• Acting in capacity as lead technician on exciting projects 

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in the built environment sector with at least 1 year professional experience using Revit.
• Good team-work ethic and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
