Are you a highly organized person speaking both Farsi and English? CosyCloset is a dynamic, growing company looking for an administrative assistant. We are looking for a candidate that has good communication skills, can work efficiently and promptly. The job is mostly remote with 2-4 hours in the office.
Responsibilities;
– Oversee all incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls and in person inquiries. Respond promptly and follow up accordingly.
– Manage the appointments – Keeping the shop’s calendar up-to-date, including adding events, rescheduling appointments, and providing daily briefings
– Maintain a high degree of discretion and confidentiality
– Ability to exercise mature judgment, to be proactive, and to work with minimal direction.
– Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing , in Farsi and English
– Support the team with the adminstrative and secretarial tasks.
On the job training will be provided
