Position Summary
The Talent Acquisition/HR Generalist will be responsible for determining the staffing requirements and objectives of the company and deliver full life-cycle recruiting. The coordinator is responsible for retaining top talent and boosting employee morale. They will prepare and post all open positions internally and externally and then use their abilities to source, screen and prepare candidates for interviews with the HR Department and hiring managers. The coordinator will ensure background verifications are completed, communicate candidate status, and coordinate Orientation and training start dates. They must provide continued support to the Human Resource
Department and other personnel by bringing superior value and a high-quality experience to prospective candidates and current employees. This position also requires a strong, broad knowledge of HR functions. This could range from benefits administration, investigations, onboarding, training & performance management, records management, and legal compliance.
