COSTAR GROUP – DIRECTOR, TALENT ACQUISITION – LONDON

Joining the human resources team at CoStar Group, you will contribute to the creation of a highly successful and engaging environment. Supporting both current and future employees, human resources contributes to companywide staffing, formation of competitive compensation and benefit packages, and organizational training and development.

As a Director, Talent Acquisition, you will lead and manage the international recruitment and employer branding efforts for CoStar Group and its brans. You will partner closely with the business in identifying, engaging and attracting talent strategies internally and externally. You will ensure that CoStar International is an employer of choice and a great candidate experience at all touch points. You will collaborate with hiring managers, Global recruitment and international HR to continuously improve candidate attraction activities through employer branding tactics.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Partner with International Leaders and hiring managers to understand business objectives and hiring plans
• Own and deliver a timely and responsive end-to-end recruitment process for UK, Europe & APAC
• Build and coach an agile recruitment team and high performing recruitment specialists that can help the organisation scale and pivot as required
• Promoting and furthering D, E & I within the organisation through implementing appropriate recruitment strategies and metrics
• Establish an international talent acquisition function, ensuring that the processes are aligned and integrated with wider business and the US Talent Acquisition function
• Lead the process to source candidates creatively for a variety of hard to fill positions
• Proactively develop and maintain relationships with candidates and the CRE industry
• Develop a graduate recruitment strategy for our Research department
• Map out recruitment strategies for new markets as required
• Ensure recruitment administration and recruitment activity tracking is delivered to a high standard

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Demonstrable experience of creating and managing agile internal Talent teams, with proven success at director level
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required
• Demonstrable experience building and leading international recruitment teams
• Hands on end-to-end recruitment role – internal or agency
• Experience recruiting in Europe outside of UK

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Positive ‘can do’ attitude and able to hit the ground running
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Strong understanding of confidentiality and discretion
• Knowledge of commercial real estate sector
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral
• Ideally CIPD qualified
• Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline
