As our Finance Graduate, you will develop your technical, leadership and management skills, initially working within Divisional Finance a base location of Maidenhead, with the opportunity of some home working.

Salary: Private medical cover, pension, 25 days paid annual leave/year, salary reviewed every 6 months.
The Costain Graduate Development Scheme is an intensive 2-year programme designed to equip high flying graduates with the skills and experience required to take them forward in their career with the company. We can offer rotation opportunities after 12 months to another sector of the business. We offer mentoring and support in every area of work, as well as a structured training programme, which could include an accredited Further Learning Programme for Graduates. Graduates will work on a number of projects around the UK during the 2-year programme, in sectors including nuclear, highways, rail, water, airports and tunnels as rotation opportunities.

Minimum 2:1 achieved or expected in a numerate degree, ideally with some credits towards a professional qualification.
To work on various projects over the 3 year programme throughout the UK, Costain Graduate core programme is 2 years and Finance Graduate Technical training/programme is 1 year. Due to the ongoing current pandemic situation, remote working will be available with travel to work on various projects over the 3 year programme throughout the UK as needed.
