As Global Senior Marketing Manager- RTD Innovation we’re looking for someone to lead on our end to end innovation pipeline creating inspiring, consumer centric concepts that will excite our customers and drive brand loyalty across all markets. A bit about the role…

Lead the growing Global Centre of Expertise of Learning & Development as a key part of our Talent & OE function. Step change the impact and quality of our solutions to build the people capabilities required across Costa to enable us to achieve our Long-Range strategy with ambitious growth and transformation plans.

• Leading the COE and building the L&D community.
• Acting as a key ‘go to’ L&D expert and respected thought leader in Costa – own the ‘centre of expertise’.
• Coach, develop and lead the team to be a valued, credible, respected and highly commended L&D COE.
• Set the direction of Costa’s Global learning strategy – setting the approach and standard for learning including driving towards a self-led learning culture, enabled by high impact digital & virtual learning.
• Build and facilitate an active global community of practice across all L&D teams (including in our franchise and corporate partners) to enable us to share resources, solutions, and best practice and reduce duplication and inconsistencies.
• Build relationships with the relevant key contacts in Coca-Cola bottlers, company and Coke Global Ventures and key Franchise and Corporate partners to share best practise, leverage resources, solutions and expertise for best use in Costa.
• Champion the embedding of Costa Values and Leadership Signature throughout all learning solutions.

• Understanding of the trends and future needs of a modern learner.
• Expertise in driving change into learning models and shifting to a performance driven learning ethos.
• Track record of leading a diverse range of apprenticeships, early careers and talent programmes.
• L&D & Talent development expertise – a hands on thought leader who can quickly establish gravitas and credibility as Global COE lead.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills, expert in setting direction, influencing and engaging multiple senior stakeholders.
• Assertive management of external providers driving strong delivery, healthy partnerships and commercial value.
• Ability to join the dots and strong instinct to collaborate and work in partnership.
• The drive and tenacity to make things happen and maintain momentum.
• Ability to represent Costa within Coke Network – smartly navigating the complexity of a large corporate business to bring benefit for Costa’s priorities.
• Resilient to operate in the ambiguous, constant change context – creating clarify and cut through action plans.
• Speed of thought to handle multiple perspectives and wide range of topics at pace.
• Skills to navigate an organisation that is still learning to work in a matrix.

Location / Travel: Our head office is in Dunstable, Bedfordshire but we’re OK with you working from home if you’re OK to travel to our Head Office/stores/other offices a couple of times a week
