Responsibilities

We are currently looking for an internal recruiter to oversee mainly our overseas recruitment following our continued growth and expansion. You will be responsible for all aspects of overseas recruitment and assist their visa application if needed, and work closely with our HRM support our mass recruitment plan.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for end to end recruitment and selection of all vacancies mainly overseas candidates across all restaurants and HO
• Ensure all JD are current and update the ATS on a regular basis, and advertise overseas vacancies on relevant job boards
• Conduct initial cv screening and online interviews for overseas candidates
• Ensure all recruitment and selection procedures and practice meet operation needs
  
• Keeping accurate and up to date records of all applications
• Act as the first point of contact for all recruitment related matters
• Keep good relationship with all agencies and make use of other resources to maximize our talent pool
• Prepare job offer / contracts as required for (overseas) starters,and any other job as required by the senior management

  
  Qualifications and Requirements

• Past experience in recruitment, ideally in the hospitality or dining company
• Past experience of sponsorship license is highly desirable, but not essential
• Ability to multi-task and work to a high standard in a pressurised environment
• Experience with HRIS
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism
• Excellent administration and time management skills;
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Education to degree level
• Excellent written and verbal communication skill in English
• Any additional language especially Chinese is highly desirable
