Coryer Staffing Hiring for Factory Recruiter Full Time

Coryer Staffing is looking for a Factory Recruiter for one of our clients! The Factory Recruiter will partner with the business to identify and attract top talent for key manufacturing positions. They will develop and execute talent acquisition strategies, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. The Factory Recruiter will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with key partners and hiring managers.

• 2-3 years of recruiting (manufacturing preferred).
• Very independent, able to think outside the box when it comes to attracting the right candidates.
• Knowing where to advertise and can work with the marketing team to create billboards, social media advertisements, Indeed etc..
• Capable of doing job fairs within the community or in house at the plant.
• This individual would be in charge of interviewing, setting up tests, backgrounds and drug tests
• On-boarding individual – new hire paperwork and orientation
• Processing stay interviews/exit interview

Pay: $55,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
