The Role

We are looking for a hands-on and customer focussed Talent Acquisition Partner, with a passion for providing a great experience to candidates and our internal customers, to join our Global Recruitment team.

In this role you will support our Operations function and have a direct impact on Corsearch’s growth as we find and attract the highest quality talent for our Global business!

Responsibilities

• Ownership and accountability for all recruitment within our Operations function across US, EMEA and APAC. Roles include: Account Managers, Account Support, Analysts, Intelligence and more.
• Setup briefing calls with hiring managers for all new roles where you will discuss and agree the recruitment plan
• Interview scheduling across US, EMEA & APAC using the self-scheduling function in our ATS
• Monitor advert responses daily, ensuring suitable candidates are sent to hiring managers ASAP
• Identify passive candidates via LinkedIn, Google x-ray searching, Chrome extensions etc..
• Build up talent pipelines for key roles for your function.
• Ensure candidates are kept up to date through phone calls, emails and automations in the ATS
• Work on other recruiting projects as needed
• Familiarise yourself with all benefits and “need to knows” for each Corsearch location (US, EMEA, APAC) and become an SME for your business area
• Keep any excel sheets up to date – daily
• Offer management
• Ensure candidates and hiring managers receive a first class experience
• Build and maintain relationships with external suppliers for interim staff across regions. Monitor performance.

Qualifications, skills and experience

• Experience in Talent Acquisition
• Previous experience and understanding of identifying passive candidates
• Highly competent in the use of LinkedIn Recruiter to create projects and source candidates for live roles and the pipeline using a variety of sourcing techniques
• Excellent communications skills – verbal and written
• Ability to solve problems and think on your feet
• Experience in a Business Partner role managing senior stakeholders
• Ability to potentially look after a large volume of vacancies
• Customer focussed
• Analytically minded using data to drive decisions
• Experience using a variety of ATS’
• Happy to take ownership of admin tasks i.e. arranging interviews through Calendly/ATS
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work across different time zones when needed
• Previous experience of managing 3rd party suppliers.
• Any experience of the Brand Protection / Content Protection Industry would be beneficial but not essential
