Job Overview:

The primary function of a CSR is to communicate with the customers, take orders and bill out invoices. When taking orders, you will need to be educated across our wide range of products. This is a full-time, non-exempt position ing to the CSR Manager.

Essential Job Functions:

• Service customers via emails, over the phone, or face to face.
• Take orders from customers.
• Handle Customer billing and cash deposits.
• Assist in separating mail.
• Possibly prepare deposits on weekends.
• Able to answer main switchboard, assisting the receptionist if needed.
• Process driver tickets and invoicing.
• Listen to the customer queries patiently and solve it.
• Respond to the problems of the customer promptly.
• Maintain records of interactions with the customers in an orderly manner.
• Must be articulate and a confident communicator.
• Extremely efficient and accurate with data entry, Proficient in Microsoft applications.
• Must demonstrate patience when communicating with customers.
• Knowledge of customer services ethics, principles and procedures.
• Proficiency in administrative and documentation procedures.
• Versatile and willing to adapt to a situation with a customer.
• Coordinate with the internal department and/or supervisor to find solutions and resolve matters.
• Maintain a follow up on the customer, to ensure they are satisfied with our company.

Qualifications / Experience / Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of related experience – preferred.
• Strong computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Able to pass 7-year criminal background check.
