Correctional Health Partners Hiring for Sr. Accountant Job at Denver, CO Full Time

We are looking for a Sr. Accountant to provide financial support to the organization and its clients. Ensures the integrity of accounting information and transactions, applies principles of accounting to analyze financial information, and prepares financial reports. This position will direct and oversee implementation and ongoing financial operations and transactions for new contracts/programs. Leading and coordinating projects within the CHP Accounting Department as well as ongoing communication and collaboration with multiple departments to incorporate new initiatives into the monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting processes.
Experience Required:

• Five years accounting experience in a health care environment required.
• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, accounting processes and practices, basic internal accounting controls, and the analysis and reporting of financial data.
• Knowledge of the financial markets, banking and economic principles and practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• Bonus pay
