Correctional Health Partners (CHP) improves the success of our clients by providing high quality, efficient care for their patients. We are looking for a Director of Human Resources to partner with CHP’s executive and management teams to achieve the company’s mission through strategic human resource initiatives. This position plans, directs, and provides oversight for all human resource management activities of an organization to maximize the strategic use of human resources including talent acquisition, staffing, compensation, payroll administration, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, regulatory compliance, and labor relations. This role will also serve as a member of the company’s Senior Management Team (SMT).
