Correctional Health Partners Hiring for Director, Human Resources Job at Denver, CO Full Time

We are looking for a Director of Human Resources to partner with CHP’s executive and management teams to achieve the company’s mission through strategic human resource initiatives. This position plans, directs, and provides oversight for all human resource management activities of an organization to maximize the strategic use of human resources including talent acquisition, staffing, compensation, payroll administration, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, regulatory compliance, and labor relations. This role will also serve as a member of the company’s Senior Management Team (SMT).

Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources Management, Business or Public Administration, social sciences, or related field.
• Three years of professional or managerial level human resource experience.
• At least one year experience supervising HR staff.
• PHR or SPHR Certification required.

Pay: $100,000.00 – $115,000.00 per year
