ABOUT THE ROLE.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist understands how to reach and engage candidates at every level to acquire top talent for CTM.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist through strong relationships with internal stakeholders, understands the Company’s requirements and sources the best candidates to match those requirements through regular recruitment practices, through the use of social media and other similar tools, through other creative sourcing methodologies and through the development and management of industry relevant graduate programs.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will represent the Brand and CTM’s EVP at the highest standard and support CTM’s Diversity & Inclusion Strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES.

• Support the HR Services Manager ANZ in the development and execution of both the short and long-term recruitment and staffing strategy for CTM in the ANZ region
• Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their staffing requirements and critical roles within the company.
• Guide and support leaders in the preparation of sourcing materials such as position descriptions, advertisements, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn posts.
• Assist in the ongoing review and promotion of the Company’s Employee Value Proposition and Diversity & Inclusion Strategy to ensure CTM remains as a standout in the marketplace for Talent.
• Manage job board postings and custom searches to ensure a pool of quality candidates for review by hiring managers
• Implement creative talent acquisition initiatives including but not limited to, the development of networks and the promotion of and attendance at events such as career fairs
• Support CTM Marketing with the creation of a corporate social media presence in various mediums to promote CTM and attract the great candidates
• Work effectively with colleges and universities, promoting and managing graduate programs to ensure a continual pipeline of qualified candidates
• Investigate opportunities and make recommendations to source funding available for the placement of supported roles.
• Manage immigration activities necessary for the placement in specialty roles
• Collect and analyse various recruitment related metrics to identify and advise on market trends and areas of improvement in CTM’s Talent strategy.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.

• Degree in Human Resources or similar
• Broad experience in talent acquisition role/s
• Demonstrated high level of creativity and knowledge in candidate sourcing, candidate pipelines and developing and maintaining candidate pools
• Demonstrated in depth experience working with a corporate social media presence and managing relevant job boards to attract and source suitable candidates
• Demonstrated experience with establishing graduate programs and managing relationships with colleges and universities to support the attraction of the most qualified and suitable graduates
• Experience in developing relationships with and promoting the company to relevant key contacts and potential talent pools
• Experience with developing and delivering Inclusion, Diversity and Equity talent acquisition actives that align to business strategy and policy
• Direct knowledge and experience in visa applications, and associated immigration practices and processes
• Demonstrated ability to analyse data and make objective recommendations based on evidence and trends
