About the role
An exciting opportunity exists to join the Talent Acquisition Team as a Talent Acquisition Officer looking after all recruitment across the Department of Communities & Justice.
As a Talent Acquisition Officer you will deliver the end to end responsibility for identifying, attracting and on-boarding talent to efficiently and effectively meet changing organisational needs. This role will provide advice and consultation to key stakeholders both internal and external to DCJ in regards to talent acquisition services.
As a Talent Acquisition Officer, you will work closely with your portfolio of internal hiring managers and be responsible for the delivery of end to end recruitment where you will provide professional consultancy and advisory services around best practice recruitment and selection.
You will be involved in all aspects of recruitment including: taking job briefs, developing marketing campaigns, providing advice on attraction strategies, actively searching for talent, pre-screening applications and also participating on assessment panels where required.
You will also contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment practices and processes and assist the recruitment managers to monitor the team’s compliance and identify and address any arising issues

The Talent Acquisition team possess a high drive and huge emphasis on continuing to improve our recruitment model. To be successful in this role you will have previous experience delivering a high quality customer-focused service in recruitment and an ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
