About the role
This role will form part of our high performing Talent Acquisition team that looks after the recruitment throughout DCJ. Reporting to the Snr Talent Acquisition Operation Manager, you will be integral part of a leadership team that partner with senior leaders as a subject matter expert to drive and support improved decision making and approaches around how we attract, engage and hire the best and diverse talent for our business.
As a Senior TA Advisor you will drive opportunities for improvement, as well as mentor and empower your team in finding innovative and exciting ways to bring great talent into the department.

About you
You will have an extensive track record in a senior recruitment role within either agency, RPO, or internal recruitment environment. As a senior TA professional, working with senior level decision makers will be 2nd nature for you. In addition you will have:

The Department of Communities and Justice is looking to develop a talent pool for Senior Talent Acquisition leaders for potential opportunities within the next 18 months. Over the next 18 months, the Talent Acquisition team will have many opportunities for individuals to join our team and this talent pool will allow us to meet those needs quickly. The talent pool will be the first point of call when those opportunities present themselves.
A talent pool may be created for future ongoing and temporary roles and is valid for a period of up to 18 months.
