Corporate Interiors Hiring for IT Support Analyst Job at New Castle, DE Full Time

The IT Support Analyst provides technical support assisting end users with their day-to- day technical duties and issues. The IT Support Analyst will also modify and make minor repairs to personal computer hardware and software system, while providing necessary technical advice.

• Serve as first point-of-contact for employee IT concerns.
• Respond in a timely manner to end user IT issues and track issues in the helpdesk system.
• Diagnose and correct routine problems with desktop, laptop, and tablet PCs, peripherals, and printers according to the Company’s standard operating procedures.
• Diagnose and correct routine problems with end-user software, including Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and business-specific applications.
• Troubleshoots other end-user devices including iPhones and Android tablets.
• Trains end users in proper use and care of issued hardware and software.
• Responsible for the setup of equipment for both new and existing users.
• Responsible for creating and maintaining user accounts across a variety of platforms.
• Assists in the organization and tracking of IT assets.
• Assists in maintaining IT documentation.
• Use sound judgement in escalating issues of high technical difficulties that may need escalation to IT Manager.
• Perform on-site systems maintenance tasks at the direction of the IT Manager

. Requirements:

Required Education and Experience

• GED/High school Diploma, required.
• 1-2 years’ experience in a PC/local area network support environment
• Strong technical knowledge of PCS, laptops, printers, and peripheral hardware devices.
• Strong working knowledge of common devices and office technology, their use and associated terminology.
• Strong working knowledge of common office software, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat.
• Experience with diagnosing and troubleshooting PC related computer problems such as with Microsoft Windows 7, 8.1, and 10.
• Basic understanding and familiarity with office infrastructure concepts including networking, Active Directory, and Microsoft Exchange
• Familiarity with both iOS and Android mobile operating systems
• Detail oriented and focused on problem resolution.

Preferred Education and Experience

• IT certifications (CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft, etc.) strongly preferred
• Associates/Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field, preferred.

Travel Required

• Travel from New Castle DE to Wayne PA office required, as needed
