Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and capable Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Brea, CA. As an experienced senior recruiter, you will create the hiring strategy to be able to attract top talent to our organization. The Senior Recruiter will build relationships with hiring managers, source active/passive candidates, build talent communities, screen/interview applicants, evaluate assessments, and partner closely with business leaders in making talent decisions. This role is for someone who thrives in a face-paced, growth-focused environment. This is a ‘remote’ opportunity but would prefer candidate to reside in Orange County, CA. or surrounding area.

Responsibilities:

• Full-life cycle recruitment support across multiple disciplines
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business objectives and hiring needs
• Develop and drive an engaging candidate experience across all levels of the organization
• Partner with our hiring managers to fully understand the business and set recruitment priorities
• Utilize creative sourcing techniques to maintain a consistently healthy pipeline of high-quality candidates
• Be a champion of Envista’s culture and employment brand

Job Requirements:

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in lieu of education
• 5+ years of proven and successful full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment; will consider a combination of corporate and external agency environment experience.

Desired skills:

• Demonstrated experience using technology, social media (i.e.: LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter) and creative recruitment techniques to source candidates
• Experience working with ATS systems; Workday Recruiter experience is preferred.
• Proven experience and knowledge in creating strategies for a comprehensive and focused approach to finding niche talent in engineering, sales, marketing, regulatory, quality, operations, and other functions
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a quick response time and follow-up.
• Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; ability to interact with all team members and candidates with professionalism; articulates ideas clearly and succinctly and deploys influence when necessary
• Strong prioritization and organization skills, with an appreciation for process and compliance.
