Corporate Brokers Hiring for IT Recruiter Job at Remote Full Time

Our Big Four Consulting client is looking to add Technical Recruiter to their growing team remotely!

Working Knowledge Includes:

• Recruiting/sourcing strategy development and execution, specifically in technology consulting.
• Recruiting systems, technologies and protocols, high volume, utilizing multiple tracking platforms.
• OFCCP and EEOC guidelines as they relate to hiring practices.

Requirements for the perfect candidate:

• MUST HAVE prior experience in a professional services organization within IT/Technical Recruiting specifically in Oracle or SAP.
• Experience with recruiting in Java, DevOps, A/I, machine learning or salesforce is recommended.
• Maintain pipeline reports and present regular updates to key stakeholders.
• Identify and recommend candidates, coordinate interview scheduling, negotiate offers and bring the candidate recruiting process to a close.
• Build working relationships with local partners, staff, and HR colleagues related to recruiting efforts.
• Manage and update the experienced applicant tracking system for candidate progression in the interview process on a real-time basis.
• Manage unsolicited and generic referrals as needed.
• Manage special projects at the Market or National level.
• Respond to routine recruiting-related questions from partners, staff, candidates, and new hires.
