Corp 911 Inc. is looking for a bookkeeper position to be filled. We are looking for high energy people with a strong work ethic mentality that have extensive office experience. We are looking for talented individuals with strong communication and administrative skills. A strong ability to work with and relate to all types of customers/vendors. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills & have ability to multitask and most importantly, process data accurately.

Duties:

• All aspect of accounting, including bank reconciliation, general ledger input, analysis, and AP/AR processes for multiple entities.
• Verbal and written communication with vendors, customers, and others.
• The ability to handle special projects as needed.
• Assist Management as needed.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus, but is not required.

Qualifications & Skills: Must be extremely detail oriented, organized and possess time management skills.

• Comfortable working under pressure in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to manage projects and work independently.
• Professional attitude and appearance.
• Must have a good working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook and QuickBooks.
• Excellent attendance and on time.
• Resourceful.
