Exciting opportunity to join a committed, friendly team, part of the HR & OD Directorate, that is integral to the smooth running of the Organisation.
We are looking for someone to join us within Workforce Information, a busy service providing support for staff, managers and payroll through processing contractual paperwork, providing workforce reporting and smartcard services.
We manage and maintain the Electronic Staff Record (ESR) for the Organisation. Smartcard services are managed via Care Identity Service (CIS), a national system we use to create accounts, confirm ID checks and issue manage cards.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking administration assistant to perform basic systems administration and offer advice and support to our employees and managers. You will be a team player, positively promoting co-operation and contributing to ongoing service improvements, system/functionality rollouts and pays attention to detail and can solve problems to assist users in accessing and using Electronic Staff Records (ESR). Someone who has good written and verbal communication skills, polite telephone manner.
Full training on our systems will be provided to the successful candidate.
Successful candidate needs a basic to intermediate knowledge of I.T. applications such as spreadsheets, word processing, email etc.
It’s important that they have the ability to deal sensitively with confidential information and have a good understanding of the Data Protection Act.
