Cornwall Partnership is fully committed to the education and development of our staff that enables the delivery of high quality care. To support this aim the Education and Training Team are looking to recruit to the position of Suicide Prevention Educator. One post is available at 15 hours per week. The posts will support education resulting in empowered clinical teams able to respond effectively to the risks associated with suicidal and self-harming behaviors. This is of particular importance during the immediate and subsequent impact of COVID-19 on mental health within our communities.
The person we are looking for will have; strong clinical background with current clinical experience, excellent communication skills, a passion for education and able to act as a professional role model. You will play a key role to support improvement initiatives leading to improved patient care. We will provide appropriate support and opportunities for your continued development. This post will work across the county.
