We are seeking a Recruitment Officer to work within Workforce Resourcing to support our international colleagues through the full onboarding process and provide ongoing provide pastoral support.
You will be the first point of contact, providing advice, support and guidance to our international recruits, ensuring they are supported to be able to perform to their full potential and integrate into their ward environments.
To succeed in this role you will be enthusiastic and have excellent communication and relationship building skills.
